Content ideation

Finding new ideas for your blog can become difficult and tedious, especially if your business or industry is particularly “boring.”

It’s easy to feel that there isn’t enough to write about, especially to sustain a blog. The good news is you don’t have to post multiple times a day or even every day. You just have to publish relevant content on a consistent basis.

The better news — is there are a number of resources to help you find new topics. For example, you can use Google Trends to find what people are searching for now and what topics are “hot” and then write something related to what people are currently interested in. You can also evaluate spikes in traffic around news stories and find a way to capitalize on the news event.

In addition to the above tip, we’ve outlined 25 posts types and ways to find new topics to help you when you feel stuck for a topic or idea.
